The Love List

With the end of lockdown in sight, I thought I'd share some of the things getting me through the past few weeks!

1. Wednesday Night Baths

Since returning to work, I decided it was time to get back to a proper routine, including a set amount of time to relax and unwind... I generally find Wednesday the most stressful day, and what better way to prepare for the rest of the work week than a beautifully scented bath.

India's recipe for an tranquil bath:

  • A floral scented bath bomb from LUSH (My personal favourite is the Tisty Tosty or Sex Bomb)

  • A full bodied red or a crisp white wine

  • A Scented candle (Currently using: M&S Apothecary Balance)

  • A relaxing playlist (Click here for my go-to soundtrack)

2. Chelsea Peers PJs (@chelseapeersnyc)

My new favourite sleepwear/loungewear brand, Chelsea Peers offers chic and luxurious items for a very affordable price.

I am so obsessed with their new Wellness Project Range, and particularly have my eye on both the Fruit Short Set and the long Eco Satin Leopard Stripe Set as their very bright and playful. Their loungewear has really been a godsend whilst working from home, and it will be a hard transition when I have to swap them out for dresses on return to the office.

3. Mara Lafontan

A 70's fringe to die for and a cool French girl aesthetic, Mara Lafontan (@Maralafontan) has quickly become my favourite influencer, making me want to immediately reach for the scissors and cut myself some curtain bangs. Follow at your own risk!

4. Ginny & Georgia

Controversial Taylor Swift jokes aside, Ginny and Georgia has really elevated my evenings.

Expect to be taken on a rollercoaster of emotions, as you watch the twists and turns of the life of 30-year-old Georgia Miller and her 15-year-old daughter Ginny, as they attempt to put down routes in a charming Gilmore Girl-esque town. I must admit that I felt very old watching this show, as I realised the teenagers selfish and entitled ways really annoyed me, and lead to a full-blown apology to my parents for my wild days.

5. My Coffee Table Books

Nothing brings me more joy than flicking through one of my Catwalk Collection coffee table books and admiring the beautiful garments of Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada and Yves Saint Laurent past, as I plot my stylish return to society post lockdown!

Drop a line in the comments and let me know what you've been loving lately.

With love,

India xo
